The monthly case consultations group is a 6-session, online, 1-hour guided forum in which clinicians present their toughest cases to be evaluated by neuroanalysis expert, Dr. Tiff Thompson.

These live and recorded sessions provide in-depth analysis of EEG data, via raw analysis, QEEG, independent component analysis, LORETA sourcing, functional connectivity, power-power coupling, region of interest connect, and other modalities.

Each case analysis will culminate in a neurotherapeutic treatment plan of the clinicians choosing, depending upon the equipment available to them. Common modalities include multimodal neurostimulation, neurofeedback, and photobiomodulation.

Every attendee should expect an opportunity to have data analyzed and interpreted. We look forward to your participation.

Privacy Requirements for Australia: 
Participants presenting case material are required to ensure that all material submitted for review complies with Australian federal privacy law, specifically the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth of Australia) and the Australian Privacy Principles as administered by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). All qEEG data and clinical material must be de-identified prior to the session, meaning all direct identifiers, including name, date of birth, location details, and any other information that could link the data to a specific person, must be removed before material is shared with the group. It is the responsibility of each participating clinician to ensure that appropriate client consent for the use of clinical material in peer education and case review has been obtained and documented prior to submission. Under the Australian Privacy Principles, sensitive health information may only be used for a secondary purpose, such as case review and peer education, where the client would reasonably expect such use or where it is directly related to the primary purpose for which the information was collected. All participants are reminded that material shared within the group is provided under conditions of professional confidentiality and must not be reproduced, discussed, or distributed outside of the group under any circumstances.
