Select Wednesdays | August 13th - November 26th, 2025
12:00pm - 1:00pm Pacific Time
With Tiff Thompson, PhD, MFT, QEEG-DL, R.EEG T, BCN
We are pleased to offer this special course in response to popular demand for QEEG Mentoring with Licensed QEEG Diplomate, Dr. Tiff Thompson.
QEEG Mentoring is offered in ten (10) non-consecutive sessions to comprehensively cover mentorship for students pursuing their QEEG accreditation. These sessions will be focused on the analysis and quantification of EEG data, using different softwares (NeurofieldEEG, WINEEG, and Neuroguide). All mentees are encouraged to submit their clinic cases in EEG format for group mentoring, wherein Dr. Thompson will systematically weave through the reading of raw data, the quantification of raw into normative databases, the processing of data for Independent Components Analysis, LORETA sourcing, and the use of metrics, such as power-power coupling, phase amplitude coupling, coherence, and symmetry to understand how the client's neurological profile aligns with their clinical presentation. Each class will culminate with the development of protocols to suit the clinician's toolkit, be it neurofeedback or neurostimulation.
This course provides the opportunity to qualify for 10 mentoring hours required for certification.
Please note: This course DOES NOT provide the five case presentations that the mentee presents. This is a separate requirement of 1:1 meeting with Dr. Thompson (or another mentor), in order for the student to prove competency in analysis and report compilation.
